The traction and lift controllers and the Access control system are largely Crown's own, so on those machines the parts that matter most aren't a generic motor — they're the proprietary electronics that run the truck and the turret head, guidance, and platform that lift an operator and a full pallet to extreme height in a very narrow aisle.
We treat the control electronics, turret, and guidance parts as safety-critical and keep them genuine, because aftermarket rarely talks to a Crown control system properly. We carry the energy side too — chargers, connectors, and battery hardware for Li-ion and lead-acid trucks, with advice on the setup — but for safety we don't open Li-ion cell packs; where a pack needs specialist work we say so and point you the right way.
